1.检查要进行安装的机械密封的型号,规格是否正确无误,零件是否缺少。
2.检查机械密封各元件是否有损坏,是动环和静环的密封端面是否碰伤,如发现损坏时,,需进行返修或更换新的零件,各密封元件需用汽油清洗干净,保持各元件表面无灰尘,异物。
3.轴或轴套表面及密封腔内壁,密封端盖内表面是否有毛刺,沟痕等。如发现毛刺,沟痕时应修平,打光,并用汽油清洗,保持清洁,不许有灰尘杂物附在表面上。
4.不要用不干净的布或棉纱布擦洗动环和静环表面,应使用干净柔软的纱布,脱脂棉之类的东西擦洗。

5.装配过程中应保持清洁,动环、静环的密封端面不被划伤、碰破,为了更于装入,装配时应在轴或轴套表面,压盖与密封圈配合表面涂抹机油,以免启动瞬间产生干摩擦。
下面以博世共轨系统为例详细说明可能故障原因及诊断排除方法。
1、喷油器故障
如果油嘴座面密封滴油,阀座侧面进油孔被堵导致持续低压常喷,针阀或阀杆卡死,密封圈动态上下移动,阀座开裂,油嘴喷孔磨损,油嘴积碳,阀座座面磨损等失效都会使得喷油器喷射异常进而导致发动机冒黑烟。
当用诊断仪诊断时,有时会显示怠速油量过大、怠速不稳。部分诊断仪(如KTS),能够进行加速测试、断缸测试以及高压测试。通过上述测试能过对喷油器进行实时检测。加速测试、断缸测试以及高压测试,简介如下:

步骤:关闭一个喷油器、增加喷油、测量速度、关闭一缸测试完后,再依次关闭其他缸,进行同样的试验。
