二手工业旧机器人进口清关报关流程及注意事项：

针对以上问题，可能也是进口企业在进口操作中遇到的问题，我做一下阐述：
首先，我们要确定机器人的HS CODE，我们可以通过机器人的功能和属性来确认机器人的海关编码，机器人分为工业机器人和非工业机器人，现进口的大多是工业机器人。

First of all, we have to determine the HS CODE of the robot, we can use the function of the robot and attributes to identify the customs CODE robot, robot can be divided into industrial and non-industrial robots, robot now imports mostly industrial robots.

第二步：客户给我司提供要进口的二手机器人详细资料，比如：品名、牌子、型号、重量、数量、单价、产地、年份、新二手程度、用途、工作原理等。我司会根据客户的实际情况，向中检公司申请CCIC中检。如果客户的二手机器人是需要“免检”的二手机器人产品，比如：注塑模具、部分检测仪器，那么我司会建议客户直接发货到国内指定清关口岸。

第三步：中检公司派人到工厂仓库做检，客户/供应商在国外机器所在地配合中检人员做检。如果需要清理或者整改的，必须按照中检人员要求整改；需要贴中文安全标识等

第四步：中检通过后，会在3-5工作日左右出中检证书，即《二手机器人产品装运前检验检疫证书》。客户拿到证书后可以自己安排进口海运，或者可以全权委托我司安排进口海运空运。
