用途（Use）

本仪表适用于控制对铜或钢及其合金无腐蚀作用的非结晶和凝固

的无爆炸危险的介质压力，在压力达到预定值时发出开关信号或接通

控制电路，B2T适用于二位式控制系统。

This instrument is designed to control the pressure of amorphous

and solidified media which has no explosive risks and corrosiveness to

copper or steel and its alloy. When the pressure reaches the preset value,

it will give out on-off signals or switch on the control circuit BT to start the

two-digital control system.

B2T- I：产品型号，B2T为双微动开关(Product model; B2T is double inching switch)。

40MPa：最高使用压力(Maximum working pressure)。

SS：不注为铜，SS为不锈钢。(It means copper when there is no mark,and SS represents stainless steel)。

外形尺寸及接线标记(Boundary dimension & wiring reference)

使用、维护及维修(Use, Maintenance and Repair)

使用前应仔细核对型号、规格及压力接口尺寸(Check the

model, specification and size of pressure interface carefully before use)。

对已设定动作点的仪表安装后直接接线即可正常使用

(Instrument with the preset acting point can be used directly upon

connected after installation)。          

自行设定动作值可按以下方式(Operating value can be

set independently as follows)：

a：将仪表安装在校表台压力接口上，并将指示灯按如下方式

接线(Fit the instrument on the pressure interface of the

instrument calibration platform and connect lines of the indicator

light in the following way)。

b：将压力加至动作附近，调整调节螺钉至开关动作后反复升

降压力至开关复位并细调几次即可，降设定值准确设定在升压

或降压动作点(Increase the pressure till the acting point; adjust

the governing screw to the switching point, then increase and

decrease the pressure repeatedly till switch reset, and adjust it

delicately for several times; finally settle the set value at the

acting point of increase or decrease of pressure exactly)。

c：同样将另一只开关设定好(Set the other switch in the similar way)。

七、订货须知(Ordering Instructions)

1、  订货时必须注明规格代号、精度等级、是否需设定值（升压动作或降压动作）及外壳防护等级（不注明为IP54级）(Specify the specification and code, grade of accuracy, necessityof set value (increase or decrease of pressure), and thecasing protection grade (default to be grade IP54))。

2、  其它联接型式须注明(Indicate other connection modes)。

3、  “SS”为不锈钢(SS represents stainless steel)。
